No, and no one honestly can. Decisions are made solely by the issuing authority. What we do is make sure your file is complete, consistent and correctly presented before it reaches them.

No. Stampwise is an independent private service with no affiliation to any government, embassy, consulate or visa application centre. You are free to apply directly through official channels without paying us.

We do not create or supply reservations that are not genuine. We tell you what evidence of travel and accommodation the authority expects and how to obtain it properly.

A consultant is assigned when your order is received, and on the Premium tier that consultant stays with you from review through to the decision.

Authorities publish different requirements for different passports, and sometimes for different places of residence. We confirm the exact list for your case in writing before any work begins.

Uploads are encrypted in transit and at rest and are visible only to the consultant on your file. Retention and deletion are described in the Privacy Policy.

We tell you exactly what is missing and what would satisfy the requirement. Your file is not submitted until it is complete.

One is ours, for the preparation work. The other is charged by the government or visa application centre and is passed through to you at cost, exactly as they charge it. We show both separately everywhere on this site.

It depends on how far the work has gone: a full refund within 24 hours of payment if we have not started, a full refund less a USD 25 administration fee until review or form preparation begins, 50% once it has begun, and nothing once an appointment is booked or the application is submitted. Government fees we have already paid out are refunded only if the authority refunds them.

The service fee is charged at checkout. Government and visa-centre fees are collected separately, at cost, when the authority requires them.
