  • Everything is electronic. The grant notice is emailed and linked to the passport; nothing is placed in it.
  • The visa may be granted with a "no further stay" condition, which prevents applying for another visa inside the country.
  • Character and health requirements apply to visitor visas, not only to longer stays.
  • Declare any food, plant or animal products on arrival. Biosecurity enforcement is strict.
